The Chandle Momentum Oscillator
The Chande Momentum Oscillator (CMO) was developed by Tushar Chande and gauges price momentum just like the Relative Strength Index (RSI). The oscillator ranges between limits of -100 and +100 and has a base value of 0.
Overbought is usually set at 50 and oversold at -50.
Crosses of the centreline can be seen as bullish signals (when the oscillator becomes positive) or bearish signals (when the oscillator becomes negative). The indicator is often used in combination with other signals.
