coding for strategy atr

Hi anyone able to generate code for strategy below with pinescript ?

Setup - close >150ma ,stock dropped 12.5% or more in last 3 days entry - 7% below the previous closing price'

Stop loss - 2.5 x ATR (10 days of execution price )

profit taking - if at closing price the profit >4% ,get out the next day market on close ,3 days no profit target , place market on close for the next day.
