What do we expect from you?
First, we want to make sure you double-check all the steps mentioned in the TradingConnector tutorial
If the connection between Metatrader/TradingConnector.exe/TradingView looks good, then we need a few elements from you before investigating further (which we do only for the VIP 12 Months users)
