Yes, the parameters from the alerts have more priority than the parameters from the MT4 Expert Advisor (EA).
So if your EA has a 1% risk, for instance, it doesn't matter
- The %risk or lots coming from the alerts will be used
- if not sent in the alert messages, then the EA parameters will be used as default value.
We should see the Expert Adviros inputs as default for parameters not sent via the alerts
