GMAIL labels
I basically define Gmail labels for flagging emails by category/topic.
This is a nice view for separating within the same mailbox my trading alerts versus the rest.
You can create labels for your
- TradingView alerts
- Broker alerts
- TradingView/Broker notifications
- ...
CLOUD HQ extension
Using also the Gmail tabs Cloud HQ extension to separate those labels as tabs
Ideas
You can create filters based on your alert messages or titles for events such as:
High Reward or Super High Reward Trades
Your opened trades hitting the hard exit
Your opened trades hitting a take profit level
Creating a tab per timeframe to organize your alerts
Creating a tab per asset class (crypto, stocks, forex, ...)
