Connect the VPN and then go to ipchicken.com
Careful though most VPNs don’t have dedicated IP because t will be different every time you connect.
For Crypto exchange IP whitelist
I wouldn’t set the whitelist IP to a VPN IP. When you reconnect it will most likely be different
