    • If the hardexit is on top of a buy/sell signal the buy/sell is immediately canceled, how do I fix that? Eg, alert triggers on sell, tradingview makes an alert and sends it to tradingconnector, but at the same time, an hardexit alert triggers and the trade is canceled.
    • Is it possible to use two types of stop losses. Eg: I have defined a pip distance SL of 5 in the algo as stop loss. Using the plot sl_entry_price this is set. However, what if I want to use the hardexit in combination? Will the hard exit alert still be valid of the stop loss types are set to fixed and not hard exit?

  • Hi @andersjensen

    • Did you try the hard exit conditions called Hard Exit Long and Hard Exit Short?
They're made for this exact scenario
So that the Hard Exit Long won't close the Short if happening at the same time than the Hard Exit on the current opened Long

    • The hard exit alert only captures the brown vertical bar event
After configuring your Algo builder Trade Manager or Standalone Trade Manager custom stop-loss alerts, you may use the STOPL OSS HIT alert on top of the hard exit alert events.

    In summary

    You need 3 events

    • Hard Exit Long
    • Hard Exit Short
    • STOP LOSS HIT
