With my first cup of coffee

I usually start my routine at 6:00 am GMT+2.
The first thing I do is check $ES and $NQ and $YM futures to see how the market moved overnight.

Review of my SWING trades

After that, I'll check to see how my open swing positions are if I have any
I'll also check the swing watchlist that I make every weekend
To see if any setups are getting close to my entries

Review of my DAY trades

Here are mostly the trades using the timeframes from 5 minutes to 15 minutes
Then I'll go ahead and start my scan for day trades
I'll look through a bunch of stocks/cryptos/indices and pick ones that are aligned with my setups

Indices, Indices, Indices

No need for any review here
From 6:30 am to until my daily goal is made, I'm trading CFD indices with low timeframes.

I'm trading every day the 30s/1m and/or the 2m/5m combos on DAX, SPX, DOW
I advise new subscribers to start with indices intraday if they want to pick just one asset class and one timeframe.

I think CFD indices are the best to learn with low risk while increasing one capital

Building my watchlist

Around 7-8 am GMT+2, I'll put all the stocks/cryptos on my watchlist into my TradingView custom daily watchlist

I'll also start adding some of the options I'm looking to trade into my watchlists

That way everything is organized in my TradingView account and I don't have to search through all the options.

Conclusion

At this point, I'm fully prepared for the day to come

Being prepped every morning is one of the leading factors in my success
I strongly advise everyone to come into the market with a game plan (excepted for indices low timeframes which really require no preparation/research apart from knowing the BTI method)
